1. Commercial policy

1.1 Giordano Innovations SRL carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers" according to the definitions established by law.
1.2 "Consumer" means any natural person who acts on Giordano Innovations SRL for purposes not related to his commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer", we invite you to refrain from proposing or concluding commercial transactions on giordano.photo, but to contact the sales manager of Giordano Innovations SRL directly.

1.3 Giordano Innovations SRL reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the "consumer" or in any case to orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
1.4 These General Conditions of Sale govern the purchase proposal, offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Giordano Innovations SRL between users of Giordano Innovations SRL and Giordano Innovations SRL

2. Method of conclusion of the contract

2.1 To conclude a purchase contract for one or more products on giordano.photo, it is necessary to complete an order form in electronic format and send it to Giordano Innovations SRL, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.2 Each order form contains a summary of the General Conditions of Sale, information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment to be used for the purchase of each product and the delivery methods of the purchased products, the shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
2.3 The contract is concluded upon receipt by Giordano Innovations SRL, electronically, of the user's order form, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to the order.
2.4 Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by transmitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale, to print a copy using the print command and to memorize or reproduce a copy for personal use.
2.5 Each order form will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law. .

2.7 The language available to conclude the contract with Giordano Innovations SRL is Italian.
2.8 Once the proposal has been accepted, the contract will be considered concluded and Giordano Innovations SRL will process the purchase order.
2.9 Giordano Innovations SRL may not process purchase proposals/orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect. Giordano Innovations SRL may also not process orders in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, a communication will be sent by e-mail that the proposal has not been accepted and the contract has not been concluded, and that Giordano Innovations SRL has not followed up on the purchase order specifying the reasons. 2.10 The electronic transmission of the order form implies unconditional acceptance and adhesion to these General Conditions of Sale. In the event of non-acceptance of any of these General Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit the order form for the purchase of products on Giordano Innovations SRL as such orders will not be processed.
2.11 By sending the order form electronically, you confirm that you know and fully accept the General Conditions of Sale and the further information contained in Giordano Innovations SRL, also referred to via links, including the General Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.
2.12 Once the contract is concluded, Giordano Innovations SRL will send, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Conditions of Sale, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of the price, means of payment, your right of withdrawal and delivery costs).

3. Legal guarantee, description and indication of product prices.

3.1 All products on sale on giordano.photo are covered by the 5 Year Warranty considering the following limitations and/or extensions:
3.1.1 The guarantee is limited to 7 days for all disposable batteries and for all lamps of all flash categories
3.1.2 The guarantee is limited to 3 months for the purchase of replacement displays for laptops and/or mobile phones and/or smartphones and/or video cameras and/or both digital and analogue cameras;
3.1.3 The guarantee is limited to 6 months for ALL batteries and for both energy saving and incandescent bulbs.
3.1.4 The guarantee is EXTENDED to 5 Years for all other products with the limitations written in detail on the page https://www.giordano.photo/it/content/6-garanzia-5-anni
3.2 If the purchased product turns out to be defective, malfunctioning or does not comply with the use indicated in the product description sheet, present in Giordano Innovations SRL, the buyer can request either its replacement (within 10 working days of receipt of the same), in case
3.3 The request must be made in written form by sending an email describing the non-conformity accompanied by a photograph or a short film that highlights it, to the following email address: info@giordanoin.com, within 2 months of discovering the non-compliance. Failure to comply with the two-month deadline from the moment the non-conformity is highlighted will void the right to the legal guarantee.
3.4 Giordano Innovations SRL undertakes to inform the customer within 7 working days of receiving the email reporting the non-compliance whether it will proceed with a repair of the goods.
3.5 In the event of repairs, the costs of shipping the goods from the buyer to Giordano Innovations SRL and again sending them from Giordano Innovations SRL to the buyer as well as those of repairs will be the exclusive responsibility of Giordano Innovations SRL, in the event that said defects occur verify and are reported within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After this deadline, the costs of sending the product to Giordano Innovations SRL will be borne by the customer.
3.6 Defects of conformity are those provided for by the Consumer Code. Defects that may emerge due to improper use or incorrect assembly are explicitly excluded.
3.7 Every essential characteristic of the products is presented on giordano.photo within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on giordano.photo may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.8 Product prices may change without notice.
3.9 Purchase requests from countries other than Italy may not be accepted by Giordano Innovations SRL.
3.10 Giordano Innovations SRL, in the event of the consumer exercising the right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment of the price of the products and the related shipping costs must be made using one of the methods indicated in the order form.
4.2 If the consumer makes the payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to Paypal or other banks, which provide the related remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to have access to them in any way. Furthermore, this information will never be used by Giordano Innovations SRL except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any product returns, following exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if makes it necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on Giordano Innovations SRL. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account upon shipment of the purchased products.

5. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal, as provided for in article 1469 bis, can be exercised by a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out, therefore, for purchases made by requesting a commercial invoice with VAT number, it will not be possible exercise the right of withdrawal. If the (private) consumer is not satisfied with the product, he may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 effective days from the day on which he received the products purchased from Giordano Innovations SRL. 5.1 Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:
to. Giordano Innovations SRL must receive an email to info@giordanoin.com specifying the code, type, price of the product to be returned and, if desired, the reason;
b. the products must not have been used or damaged;
c. the products must be returned in their original packaging/packaging and complete with all accessories;
d. Giordano Innovations SRL must receive the returned products within 30 working days from the date on which the consumer received the products.
Only following compliance with all the above conditions will Giordano Innovations SRL refund the full price of the products purchased. The refund will also include the transport costs you incurred for the purchase while the transport costs for the return will be your responsibility using the courier most convenient for you. On the contrary, the consumer will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions.

5.2. Refund times and methods
After Giordano Innovations SRL has received the return and checked that all requirements have been met, the consumer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
Regardless of the payment method used by the consumer (credit/debit card, cash on delivery), the refund will be activated by Giordano Innovations SRL within 30 working days from the date on which Giordano Innovations SRL became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal and once it has been verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the conditions set out above.
The actual time for crediting or returning the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- purchase with credit/debit card: the refund time depends on the credit/debit card, but normally occurs within two bank statements. We remind you that the value date of the credit is the same as the debit, so the consumer will suffer no loss in terms of bank interest.
- cash payment on delivery: the refund takes place on the current account indicated by the consumer, therefore the reimbursement time depends on the correctness of the data entered by the consumer; normally the crediting takes place within a month.
In the case of a gift, the sums will be refunded to the person who made the payment.

5.3 Submitting a Complaint

Giordano Innovations SRL undertakes to give a clear and exhaustive answer regarding the delivery times of the order for which delays are reported and if the delivery date provided does not correspond to the customer's needs to cancel and refund the order within 48 hours from the notification of non-acceptance of the new delivery date by the customer.

7. Applicable law and dispute resolution

7.1 The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree of 22 May 1999 n. 185 regarding distance contracts and by legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce and, as applicable, by the provisions on electronic commerce of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, so-called Consumer Code, pursuant to article 7 of law 29 July 2003, n. 229.

8. Modification and updating

The General Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on Giordano Innovations SRL.

9. Delivery

Once payment has been received, the order will be processed and the shipping phase will begin, barring unforeseen circumstances in the availability of the product of which you will be informed within 24 hours following purchase, your order will be taken over by our logistics and the goods will be shipped and delivered within the following 72 hours throughout Italy by express courier.
